I'll go through each problem I see in the skills. For a fast paced, short range SP is hardly any good. Our only stun from "Shockwave" is Internal Injuries which is bugged, doesn't work properly as it's intended. The main problem is that most of the Lotus stance skills surpass the 1 minute CD, making it unusable. We're still animation locked while changing phases, it takes about 4 seconds to even be able to move. Thanks to this balance patch Moonlight absorption and Gathering Petals will have the cooldown reduce but this hardly helps at all the buff can be easily removed in PVP and having to wait nearly 1 minute and 30 seconds to change phases (with the balance patch) is not enough, give it atleast level 5 buff or less CD. Change damage absorption from Sidestep and give it to Withstand or reduce the CD, Sidestep only works for buffing the Moonlight or Gathering buffs, It's just a waste of a skill. Most of the time the secondary effects from the "Withstand" skill can't be used because we are either stunned, or dead. Having a specialist card focused on receiving hits and not giving it a short CD damage absorption skill like Block form SP3, or Wing counter from SP4 is pretty. Mystic Arts is where they went really wrong. Lastly, the problem that follows MA everywhere is hit rate, just buff it up. The second problem comes from PVP, our stance change (Haetae and Dragon from) are level 4 buffs, which means any DG or c45 arche can remove us from the stance, making us bug in certain occasions, locking us in the animation of the skill we were about to use from the stance we've been removed. The first card we have Draconic Fist only suffers from the "special area" sindrome, where most of the times the skills don't work as intended and having to reposition yourself while mobbing is a huge problem, this can be fixed by just making the area of effect "around the enemy". I'll be going on an overview of each specialist card and where some inconveniences comes from. All we need right now, is that, hit rate, with some increment on it most of our problems will be solved. We are a PVP focused class, I understand that, but have a spec of mercy and give it some hit rate adjustments, most of the time, with any class that surpasses the 400 dodge we don't land 7/10 hits. Most of its problems derive from the second specialist, Mystic Arts, having a game so focused on water cards and we, having the worst of them is a real drawback for the class. Starting of with an overview, as it is, at this point in the metagame, MA is decent at best, not bad enough to be unplayable and not the best. Since I'm a Martial Artist main I'll be giving my personal thoughts on where the class has its shortcomings and where I think the balances it need.
